Richard D. Rodriguez was born and raised in Houston, TX. He is a retired US Army Commissioned Officer with 23 years service. Since 1989 he has been performing background investigations for the US Department of Homeland Security, US Customs and Border Protection, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and US Department of Defense. His formal training has included US Army Counterintelligence Agent Course, US Defense Intelligence Agency, and Central Intelligence Agency. He has held a security clearance with the US Government since 1974. Mr. Rodriguez started BAR Investigations, Inc., in 1993, is licensed and insured within the State of Texas, and has conducted private investigations worldwide. Mr. Rodriguez has developed and maintains an informational network of friends, associates and consultants in all areas crucial to effective investigations. He possesses the ability to penetrate bureaucratic information blocks, and has a thorough understanding of federal, state and local government laws, as they pertain to civil and criminal matters.
